With 25+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma, Saurabh brings significant expertise in devising and executing solutions for business challenges. He focuses on business strategy, business development, financial analysis & modeling, and performance improvement for clients ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies for major capital projects.

Most recently, Saurabh advised numerous energy companies and helped them secure IIJA and IRA funds by designing a compelling and highly competitive grant strategies and applications. His clients cumulatively have realized over $500M through federal funding over the last 20 years. After helping clients win some of these grants, Saurabh also effectively helps them establish a PMO and compliance office to meet all funding and governance requirements.

Saurabh also develops comprehensive financial models for major capital projects in collaboration with the client that meets all federal or state guidelines. These models serve as a cornerstone for any grant or federal loan program.

Prior to joining GTC 360 Advisors, Saurabh worked for major consulting companies such as KPMG, West Monroe Partners, and Alvarez and Marsal. He has also worked directly in numerous industries for companies such as NRG Energy and Samsung.Saurabh obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and MS in MIS from Texas A&M University at College Station. He is also a PMP and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
