This NOFO will begin a new 4-year continuation funding cycle.

Applicants for the TCEP-CA must meet all the requirements discussed in this NOFO. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or preclude NIFA from making an award. Applications may only be submitted by colleges and universities designated as 1994 Institutions by legislation.
