With 31 years of senior-level experience in prominent commercial real estate firms, Randy Pereira is widely recognized both in the U.S. and internationally as a thought leader in corporate and municipal real estate strategies.
He has served as advisor to many Fortune 100 corporations as well as States and foreign governments on portfolio strategies, including buy/hold/disposal decisions, transaction lease negotiation, project development incentives, structured finance alternatives and accounting, tax and rating agency impacts of real estate transactions. Randy works actively with clients to better align over-arching organizational financial strategies with tactical real estate decisions portfolio-wide and to manage the execution of these transactions.
Randy is a sought-after speaker for finance industry events and is a published author, including recent articles in the London Journal of Corporate Real Estate and the Real Estate Finance Journal. He has served as guest lecturer for the Arizona State University Masters of Real Estate program and is accredited by several State Bar associations to conduct continuing education courses for attorneys in commercial real estate-related topics.
