He has served as advisor to many Fortune 100 corporations as well as States and foreign governments on portfolio strategies, including buy/hold/disposal decisions, transaction lease negotiation, project development incentives, structured finance alternatives and accounting, tax and rating agency impacts of real estate transactions.
