With a decade of experience spanning the public and private sectors, Matthew is a seasoned expert in business development and government contracts management. He has excelled as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager for IT companies, expertly guiding the full capture and business development cycle, securing new contracts, and managing programs and teams with precision. Additionally, he brought his expertise to a Big Four consulting firm, where he played a pivotal role in winning federal, state, and local contracts.
Prior to this, Matthew served as a Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist for the U.S. Federal Government, where he was entrusted with executing contracts and managing multi-million-dollar programs. His comprehensive background reflects a proven track record in strategic leadership and successfully navigating complex procurement environments.

Matthew holds a double major B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from West Chester University and an M.S. in Cyber Operations and Resilience from Boise State University
