Jacquelyn Lasker Maiden

Project Manager

As Project Manager at GTC 360° Advisors, Jacquelyn Maiden brings more than a decade of experience in program management, marketing, and government operations, leading high-value initiatives across security, compliance, and development sectors. She contributes to GTC 360’s business development and project management efforts, providing strategic oversight, bid coordination, and stakeholder engagement support across multiple projects. 

Before joining GTC 360°, Jacquelyn served at the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, where she managed a multi-million-dollar residential security program and chaired the Marine Corps Ball Committee. Her leadership and operational excellence earned her the U.S. Embassy Individual Mission/Meritorious Award for exceptional service and program results. During her tenure, she also served as Family Liaison Project Coordinator, designing onboarding programs, community events, and family support initiatives that enhanced the quality of life for U.S. Embassy families. 

Earlier in her career, Jacquelyn worked throughout the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area, gaining expertise in real estate development, mortgage lending, and marketing. As a Marketing Project Manager and CRM Implementation Lead, she directed corporate rebranding initiatives, managed system rollouts, and strengthened internal communications across large teams. 

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jacquelyn has lived and worked globally — including in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Nairobi, Kenya — experiences that have shaped her collaborative and globally minded leadership style. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. 

Now based near Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Jacquelyn is passionate about fitness, wellness, and community service. She is an avid CrossFit athlete, enjoys hot yoga and weightlifting, and regularly organizes Memorial WODs (Workouts of the Day) to honor the fallen and build connection through shared resilience and purpose. 

Career Highlights: 

  • Managed Mission Nairobi’s multi-million-dollar residential security program, coordinating cross-agency efforts. 
  • Chaired the Marine Corps Ball Committee, leading a twenty-member team to deliver a two-hundred-guest formal event.
  • Designed and implemented family support programs for U.S. Embassy families, improving onboarding and community integration initiatives. 
  • Directed marketing and brand redesign projects, strengthening visibility and operational communication across departments. 
  • Led a CRM system implementation, training more than one hundred employees and improving client engagement and data accuracy. 
  • Coordinated Washington, D.C.’s largest Toys for Tots charity event, collecting more than five hundred toys annually and managing event logistics. 
  • Received the U.S. Embassy Individual Mission/Meritorious Award for leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
