Programs that counter organized crime and stop the flow of drugs to the United States.

 Build Regional Economic Prosperity

Business development, commercial diplomacy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, resource development, and trade.

Projects that promote English language proficiency to promote business partnerships.

 Science, Technology, and Innovation

Advancing U.S. digital and AI technologies for education, healthcare, defense, and cybersecurity.

Programs that introduce cutting edge U.S. innovation to improve Honduras’ technological operating environment.

Expanding access to high-quality career and technical education that will foster compatibility with U.S. models.

Defend Freedom of Speech and Digital Freedom

Initiatives that promote free speech, open dialogue, and transparency, and expose censorship.

Mandatory to all proposals – All proposals must include activities to commemorate 250 years of American independence, highlighting shared commitments to freedom, opportunity, and democratic principles in the U.S.-Honduras partnership.

Proposals that do not address one or more areas as outlined in the program objectives will be deemed ineligible. All project activities must take place outside of the United States and/or its territories.
