
Gloria Martínez
Gloria Martínez is a Program Manager with over a decade of international experience in project management, client success, and cross-border operations. At GTC 360° Advisors, she leads and supports the coordination of grant and contract-related initiatives across multiple clients.
Before joining GTC 360° Advisors, Gloria built a diverse background across public and private sectors. She worked as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager for a global employment firm, supporting international hiring in 187 countries, and was recognized with the G-P 100 Club Award for exceeding revenue targets and client retention. As a Subject Matter Expert in Visas and International Mobility, she designed internal training programs to improve immigration support.
She founded the Mexico office of a Department of State-designated au pair agency, managing visa processing and compliance for over 100 au pairs. Her earlier experience includes roles in telecommunications and SaaS, and an assignment at Mexico’s Secretary of Foreign Affairs supporting departments such as naturalization, legalization, legal services, and consular assistance for nationals abroad.
Gloria holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business (honors), a Law degree with a concentration in Business Law, and an Executive Master’s in International Trade and Logistics. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy. She is a Certified Immigration Paralegal and has completed specialized training in project management (PMBOK), Six Sigma Yellow Belt, U.S. immigration law, legal research, supply chain
