Andrea is a Contracts and Grants specialist with 18 years of experience in the federal government space. She began her career as a Dept of the Army intern and steadily worked her way up the government ladder with increasing levels of responsibility to working for the Undersecretary of Defense at Washington Headquarter Services at the Pentagon.

She received her Masters in Public Administration and Policy from Villanova University and has achieved her Certified Professional Contracts Manager designation through the National Contract Management Agency. She has successfully written proposals and grants for multiple organizations ranging from $10,000 to $3B with great success.
