Danielle Moon

Vice President

As Vice President for Operations & Strategy, Danielle brings over a decade of federal, state, nonprofit, and private sector experience to serve clients, partners, and stakeholders at GTC 360° Advisors. 

Prior to joining GTC 360° Advisors, Danielle served as the Director of Government Relations for an electric battery manufacturing company, managing state & federal engagement strategies. Danielle coordinated conversations with the White House on the company’s workforce development and infrastructure plans for  the surrounding community. 

In her nonprofit work, Danielle was the Director of Programs and Community Engagement at the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS), where she oversaw APAICS’ signature programs, providing resources and entryways for Asian Americans and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) interested in public service. In addition, Danielle engaged with stakeholders and community organizations across the country dedicated to elevating AANHPIs in public service, including elected and appointed seats. In her own capacity, Danielle continues to provide career advice to young AANHPIs. 

On Capitol Hill, Danielle served as Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Joaquin Castro. Her policy portfolio covered AANHPI civic engagement, Energy, Natural Resources, and Foreign Affairs issues. While on Capitol Hill, Danielle founded the Clean Energy and Technology Staff Association, a bipartisan and bicameral congressional staff association dedicated to educating and promoting the adoption of clean energy technologies. 

Prior to joining Congressman Castro’s office, Danielle served as Special Advisor for Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of the Secretary, where she helped produce and attend high level energy initiatives for Secretary Ernest Moniz in Seoul and Beijing. As part of her work, Danielle was awarded the Secretary of Energy’s Distinguished Service Award.   

Danielle has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and participated in educational programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. In 2021, Danielle was selected as a Young Leader in the Atlantik-Brucke German & American Young Leaders Program.
